Peterborough wedding photographer

Back in the summer I was Jo & Dave’s Peterborough wedding photographer.

On these dark winter days the summer seems so long ago so I thought I’d catch up with blogging one of the summer weddings I photographed. Jo and Dave married in July at Elton near Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.  Like many of my weddings I’d been recommended to Jo & Dave by one of their friends whose wedding I photographed a few years back.

Photography started with Jo’s preparations at her parents house just outside of Elton before heading to All Saints Church Elton for the ceremony. The reception was in Jo’s parent’s garden. There was something of a cricket theme to the wedding with a guard of honour with cricket bats and some of the younger guests having a quick game on the lawn during the reception.

After dinner Jo and Dave went for a walk together to watch the sun setting which made for some lovely photographs. The evening ended with dancing to the band.
