I’ve finally caught up enough to start blogging some more of my weddings from last summer which seems so long ago now. I had a really busy year of weddings and then January was very busy with admin, meeting clients, wedding bookings and designing albums for the weddings I’d done in December. I’ve just booked a wedding for Temple Island for this year which reminded me I hadn’t yet blogged Paula and Adam’s wedding from Henley on Thames and Temple Island.
I’m fortunate to be the recommended photographer at Temple Island which means I get to photograph a lot of weddings in Henley on Thames, I really love this area and the river Thames. I have a boat myself which I keep on the river Great Ouse in Cambridgeshire, she is a 40 year old river boat with a long list of things that need doing. Weddings that include boats or the river are always really enjoyable for me.
Paula and Adam’s wedding ceremony was at St Mary’s church in Henley on Thames, my coverage started with hair and make up at the bride’s parents house before catching up with the groom at the Angel on the bridge pub. It was then just across the road to the church, after which we all boarded the boat for the trip along the Thames to Temple Island for the wedding reception.
