Maxine and Adrienne’s wedding at Dartmouth House in London.

I was absolutely delighted to photograph Maxine and Adrienne’s wedding at the very beautiful Dartmouth House in Mayfair, London.  Adrienne is from Miami and runs a travel blog, she met Maxine through mutual friends in London and the couple spent hundreds of hours chatting on Skype.

Dartmouth House is the home of the English-Speaking Union, a mansion in London’s Mayfair.

Maxine got ready for the wedding next door at The Chesterfield Hotel on Charles Street and Adrienne got ready at the nearby Washington Mayfair Hotel. Guests arrived at Dartmouth House for the 2pm ceremony which took place in the Churchill room which was once the ballroom of the house and is decorated in antique Louis XIV walnut panels. After the ceremony guests enjoyed the courtyard for a drinks reception before moving into the Long Drawing Room for the wedding breakfast.

Maxine and Adrienne booked me for my extended evening coverage which includes more photographs of the evening dancing and party, this always makes fantastic photographs and even more so this time as they had a soul train later in the evening.
