Lisa and Mark’ s wedding photographs at Brownsover Hall in Rugby.
The weather has been the subject of much discussion recently and it was no exception for Lisa and Mark’s wedding, I arrived at Brownsover Hall to find a good covering of snow on the ground and it continued to snow for much of the day.
Brownsover Hall is a grade II listed Victorian mansion built in a gothic style, much of the interior is decorated in bright red which adds to the distinct look of the venue. The house has an interesting history and was owned at one point by the inventor of the jet engine, Sir Frank Whittle. Brownsover Hall is now a very popular wedding venue and hotel.
I arrived to photograph Lisa’s preparations before the wedding ceremony, everything was in one place which certainly made the day a lot easier with the weather being the way it was. I also took a few aerial photographs of Brownsover Hall in the snow. After the ceremony Lisa and Mark braved for the snow for a few minutes alone away from the guests.
