I’m sat here on a beautiful sunny day processing photographs from Jack and Sabrina’s All Cannings wedding at which the weather was a complete contrast to today. Under grey skies I find black and white comes into its own and so I am showing more black and white photographs this week.
I arrived in the beautiful village of All Cannings, near Marlborough in Wiltshire, to photograph Sabrina having her make up applied at Jack’s family home which was the venue for the wedding reception. This is a really lovely part of the country. The house was next door to a pub, which is where I caught up with Jack and some of the wedding guests. It was then a five minute walk to All Saints Church to photograph guests arriving. The church has a very unusual layout which worked to my advantage as I was able to photograph the ceremony from the front while not being in line of sight, this allowed me to take some gorgeous wide angle photographs.
After the ceremony everyone walked back to Vine House for the wedding reception which took place in a marquee behind the house.
These are a small selection from Sabrina and Jack’s wedding photographs at All Cannings.
